Dr. Faiyaz Khan did his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya, V.V. Nagar, securing 97% in the 12th CBSE exam in 2002.
He studied dentistry at AL AMIN DENTAL COLLEGE, Vijayapur, Karnataka, from 2002 to 2007, completing his graduation at the age of 22 years.
He started his academic career as a Junior Lecturer in the Faculty of Dental Science, Dharamsinh Desai University, Nadiad, in the Dept. of Oral Medicine & Radiology from 2008 to 2015, enhancing his knowledge.
He has guided many young dentists under his mentorship and has published many articles in international journals.
He also served as Honorary Dentist at The Salvation Army Emery Hospital, Anand, during 2008 to 2012.
In October 2012, he shifted to Vadodara City to start his private practice at Shifa Dental Clinic.
In 2021, he moved his clinic to a more advanced setup with a bigger space for patient satisfaction and comfort, renaming it Revive Dental Clinic & Implant Center.
He completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Immediate Functional Loading Multiunit Corticobasal Implants from The Foundation of Knowledge, under field experts Dr. Vivek Gaur & Dr. Kiran Patel in 2022.
He has attended many advanced hands-on courses to update his clinical knowledge and keep himself up-to-date with the latest technology and advancements in dentistry.
